01 — How it works

Plan. Work. See it.

STEP 1

Coaches build the day

Staff assign each athlete a daily plan — drills, lifts, meals, school blocks — matched to their age and their evaluation.

STEP 2

Athletes check it off

Players work the plan and check off each item as it's done, building streaks that reward showing up day over day.

STEP 3

Families watch it add up

Your own parent login shows the plan, what got done, attendance, and benchmarks — no more guessing how training went.

02 — The program

One program. One system.

Every athlete starts with an evaluation, and training groups follow skill and readiness — not just birthday.

Questions parents ask

Anything else — ask in the form below and we'll answer directly.

What ages do you train?+

Athletes through 8th grade. Everyone trains in one program, grouped by age and skill — and every new athlete starts with an evaluation session, so placement follows readiness, not just birthday.

How does school work alongside training?+

Academics run through BEST Academy, our accredited school partner, on an independent-study model built for athletes. Core subjects are taught in scheduled live virtual classes each week, and the remaining coursework is completed independently — which is what makes a full training day possible without falling behind in school. Study-hall blocks are part of the daily plan, and school items are tracked in the app right alongside training.

Is the school accredited? Are classes live or online only?+

Both accredited and live — it is not a self-paced online-only program. BEST Academy is a WASC-accredited public charter school (TK–12, under the Julian Union School District) offering A-G approved courses that count toward UC and CSU eligibility. Students have credentialed teachers and attend scheduled live virtual instruction in Math, English, Science, and History each week, with independent coursework, tutoring, and clubs around it. Qualifying high-school students can also earn industry certifications or take community college courses concurrently.

Where are you located?+

We train in the Temecula–Murrieta area, minutes from Menifee and Wildomar. The exact facility address and weekly schedule come with your info packet — request it below.

Do parents really get their own login?+

Yes. Your login shows your athlete's daily plan, what got done, attendance, benchmark history, and the coach's daily note — live, from any phone.

How do evaluations work for new athletes?+

The first visit is a benchmark session: measurements, movement screening, and skill work with a coach. The baseline goes into the app, and your athlete's plan is built from it within 48 hours.

My kid has never played club basketball. Is this too intense?+

No — the program meets each athlete where they are. The evaluation sets the starting point, streaks reward consistency over comparison, and intensity scales as your kid grows into it.
